•Situation 1: Full Payment

•If the buyer has paid 100% of the total amount (including the 2% sales fee), the order will be shipped.

•Situation 2: Partial Payment

•If the buyer has paid twice the amount of logistics and the 2% sales fee to close the deal, the remaining balance will be collected at the time of delivery.

 

 

If the seller sends a product that differs from the one advertised on JR Emporio, the seller will be blocked from the platform. The following scenarios will apply:

 

•Scenario 1: Seller Acknowledges the Difference

•If the seller admits that the product sent differs from the advertised product, they must reduce the price according to current market valuation to receive payment.

•Scenario 2: Seller Does Not Acknowledge the Difference

•If the seller denies the discrepancy, but the product is indeed different, JR Emporio will conduct an inspection to the best of its ability. The seller will not receive payment for the product, but JR Emporio will assess the product’s market value. Payment will be processed according to this valuation, and the seller will receive the adjusted amount.

 

 

•Accidents and Transit Issues

•JR Emporio is not responsible for any damage, loss, or accidents that occur to the product once it has been shipped. All risks during transit are borne by the buyer, seller, or trader involved in the transaction.

•Fraudulent Transactions

•In cases of fraud, JR Emporio holds no responsibility. However, JR Emporio will provide the details of the buyer, seller, or trader involved in the transaction to the affected party upon request.

•Returns and Refunds

•JR Emporio is not liable for processing or facilitating returns or refunds. These matters must be managed directly between the buyer, seller, or trader, as the trade was conducted on their behalf and at their discretion.

 

 

•Conducting Due Diligence

•It is the responsibility of both buyers and sellers to ensure that they fully understand the terms of their trade and that they are satisfied with the product and payment conditions before finalizing a deal on JR Emporio.

•Handling Disputes

•Any disputes arising from a transaction, including issues with product quality, delivery, payment, or other concerns, must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller. JR Emporio will not intervene in these matters unless it pertains to platform-specific violations.

 

 

All trades conducted on JR Emporio are final. Once a transaction is completed and the product is shipped, JR Emporio’s role in the transaction concludes, except in cases where fraud is detected or a violation of platform rules has occurred.
