2. Cancellation Policy


2.1 Buyer-Initiated Cancellations

• Buyers may cancel their order before the seller ships the product. Once the product is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

• If a buyer has paid twice the logistics amount to close the deal and wishes to cancel before shipment, they will be refunded the logistics amount and 2% sales fee.


2.2 Seller-Initiated Cancellations

• Sellers may cancel orders before shipment under exceptional circumstances such as product damage, inventory errors, or other unforeseen issues. Sellers must notify JR Emporio immediately in such cases.

• If a seller cancels an order after receiving payment, they must refund the buyer in full, including the 2% sales fee.


3. Refund Policy


3.1 Situations Involving Buyers

• Situation 1: Full Payment Received

• If the buyer has paid 100% of the payment (including the 2% sales fee), the order will be shipped. No refunds are applicable unless the product is not as described.

• Situation 2: Partial Payment Received

• If the buyer has paid twice the logistics amount and the 2% sales fee to close the deal, the remaining amount will be collected at the time of delivery. Refunds in this case will only apply if the product is not as described.


3.2 Situations Involving Sellers

• Situation 1: Acceptance of Error

• If the seller acknowledges that the product sent differs from the product posted on JR Emporio, they must reduce the price according to market valuation. The buyer will be refunded the difference between the original price and the reduced price.

• Situation 2: Non-Acceptance of Error

• If the seller does not accept the error but the product is indeed different, JR Emporio will inspect the product. The seller will not receive payment for the product until the inspection is completed. If the inspection confirms the discrepancy, JR Emporio will determine the market value and process the refund accordingly.


4. Inspection and Dispute Resolution


• In cases where there is a dispute regarding the product received versus the product described, JR Emporio will conduct an inspection to resolve the issue.

• The inspection process may involve third-party experts to ensure an unbiased assessment.

• The decision made by JR Emporio after the inspection will be final and binding on both the buyer and the seller.


5. Shipping and Return Costs


• Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning products unless the product received is not as described, in which case the seller will bear the return shipping costs.

• In cases where the product is not as described, JR Emporio may arrange for the return shipping and deduct the cost from the seller’s payment.


6. Timeframe for Refunds


• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the approval of the return or cancellation request.

• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used by the buyer.
